Ann Marie is a committed Psychotherapist, combining a wealth of experience and expertise. She is registered with both the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy.
As a Registered General Nurse, Ann Marie worked in Occupational Health, Sexual Health, and with homeless young people. Her main interest was psychological wellbeing and its influence on health, so she chose to study psychotherapy with the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.
When qualified Ann Marie developed her nursing role to that of Specialist Nurse Counsellor and provided a psychotherapy service in General Practice.

In 2005 Ann Marie and her family moved from the UK to Jersey. She established a thriving psychotherapy practice and trained in supervision. In order to create a professional psychotherapy community Ann Marie invited the European Centre for Psychotherapeutic Studies to run a four year Integrative Psychotherapy Training on Jersey. Ann Marie is an assistant teacher on the programme.
'Therapybreaks' provides a psychotherapy service to individuals, couples and groups. Ann Marie integrates different modalities of psychotherapy to ensure that her professional relationship with clients is unique and authentic. Referrals are received from GPs, Employee Assistance Programmes and individuals themselves.
Supervision is provided to both student psychotherapists and independent practitioners.
As a member of 'WellBeing World' and based at the Lido Medical Centre, Ann Marie is associated with a broad range of complementary and orthodox health practitioners. This enables her to provide an holistic service to clients.
Ann Marie co-facilitates 'Health and Wellbeing' workshops as part of the 'Investors in people' workplace programme run by 'People Performance Consulting Ltd'.
