Little Joe's Surf School is at St. Ouens Bay next to the Discovery Bay Apartments and Active Island Sports can be found on the beach at St. Brelades Bay. Expert tuition is at your finger tips, with qualified RYA and BCU instructors. Whether you are nervously wanting to try something new, or confidently looking to step outside your comfort zone, there is an activity to satisfy all.

If food is your passion, here too you will not be disappointed. The local produce, fruits of the sea, and influence of French cuisine, ensure that fresh food of the highest standards is produced in most establishments, from small cafes and tearooms, to Michelin star restaurants.

Whatever your heart's desire, there is a good chance that it can be found in Jersey. The day planner below serves as a guide only as to how your Therapybreak might look. No two Therapybreaks are the same. They are tailored to meet your needs, as an individual or as a couple.

Daily Planner
Day 1

Arrive in Jersey where you will be met and taken to your chosen accommodation

Time is allowed for you to settle into your new surroundings and enjoy a meal

1½ hour session with Ann Marie to begin therapy. Your goals will be clarified and the environment in which you would prefer psychotherapy to take place will be discussed

Time for an evening stroll on the beach before retiring to your room for the night

 
Day 2 and Day 3 Morning

If you are an early riser you might like to start the day with exercise, or meditation, in the natural beauty of your surroundings

Or you may prefer a lie-in with breakfast in bed

Following breakfast meet Ann Marie, at the agreed location, for 1½ therapy session

½ hour break for refreshment

Another 1½ hours psychotherapy

Break for lunch

Afternoon and evening

Free time to spend as you choose. Perhaps enjoying an outdoor pursuit, an indoor treat, or sight seeing

Opportunity to eat in one of many superb restaurants, or BBQ on the beach

Watch the sun set as you reflect on the days experiences and anticipate the possibilities for tomorrow

 
Day 4

Rise early in order to make the most of your last day in Jersey

Meet Ann Marie for a final 1½ hour therapy session

Experience one more joy before ending your Therapybreak
